Bring on SUMMER!

Here is our list of monthly events, we hope to see you all come out to enjoy. Each event has its own individual page on our website and a Facebook event to RSVP. If you have any questions about the events, please call me at our store number below.

  • 5/4 from 2-4:00pm Join us for an afternoon signing with Rachel Bane. She is a local author, podcast host, and nonprofit leader. She will be signing her self-help book "The Messy Life "aimed at helping those who have experienced trauma reclaim their happiness. Her book will be available at the event.

  • 5/5 from 3-5:00pm Join us as we make a tea pot out of a repurposed book. The cost of the event is $20 and this includes all materials needed to create the project. Please reserve your spot by pre paying at the store or Venmo at @starcitybooksellers

  • 5/16 at 6:00pm At this experiential workshop, you will learn the benefits of various essentials oils and how to use them to enhance your self-care. You will have the opportunity to make several aromatherapy products to take home for immediate use. The class includes making custom bath salts, sugar scrubs, andessential oil blends. We will enjoy some infused herbal tea and light refreshment while we learn and share. The cost for the event is $30. Please RSVP by pre paying for the event in person at Star City Booksellers or Venmo at @starcitybooksellers

  • 5/17-5/19 Spring Fest

  • 5/21 from 7-9:00pm Silent Book Club

  • 5/22 from 7-9:00pm is our History Book Club with Doyle Burke.

  • 5/28 from 7-9:00pm May's Sips & Stories Book Club will be meeting Tuesday, May 28th at 7:00 p.m. to discuss the May book club pick "The Wishing Game" by Meg Shaffer. The cost to participate in the Sips & Stories Bookclub is $20 which covers the cost of the book and refreshments that are provided. Venmo @starcitybooksellers or pay in store beforehand.
